is any sports bra ok?

help.need to get mine een tho Adamo said dont have to worry about getting one????x

All the surgeons seem to have different opinions on whether to wear sports bras or not, its annoying! I think the main thing is that the bra is non wired and you don’t have to pull it over your head xx

I just bought some Asda sports bras today – only £4 each….

its been 2.5 weeks and for the majority of the time I have been bra-less as been taking it easy at home. when I do pop out which isn’t often yet I did need a little support- from either soft bras or a sports bra. – so don’t invest too much
