Is anyone post op suffering from a bad back?

I’m 7 days post op and mostly for the whole time I’ve had a bad back, especially on my right side. I don’t know whether it’s the way I’m holding myself since the op… I don’t think it’s the weight of the implants, but I’m not sure.

Have any of you ladies experienced the same? x

I’m sure it will be how your positioning yourself, or even how you’re sleeping. The implants really don’t weigh that much to be honest. I had 300cc and both together only weigh just over 2lbs!

My back was killing me for ages, I think it’s the way I was sleeping x

I had really bad back ache for about three weeks, walked like the hunch back of notra dam lol so defo the way you are holding yourself and how you sleep put together, It does get better!!! Hope it stops for you soon hun xx

I also walked with a hunch for the first few days, cos stretching myself out really hurt me. I’m only just beginning to straighten up, lol! x

yeh hun im d same n im a wk post op now i think its my V pillow, because ur sleeping more proped up dats why we have back ache, its ok once ive been moving about thou, so maybe have try n have little walks xxx
