So am I Claire, but I ended up having the 430cc so my nurse recommended me going for the large. It’s a perfect fit for me, I’ve got them in the black and white, also have a breast band if you need one? X

Do you recommend the breast band? I did look at them but wasn’t sure if everyone needed one?

Well it all depends on your surgeon Hun and what they would recommend, my implants have been placed partially, and I have had uhp so they were very high and swollen to start with. Breast band has helped them drop, each day is showing some progress. I am giving the two Macom for £30 and the band for £10 xxx

Anyone still selling a Macom size (34) is it true you need to go up a size? I’m usually a 34 but I think a 36 may be too big?! I’m in Mexico and once I get back I have a week until my op so trying to get organised xx

@chloesparkes I was told to go by your normal back measurement. I did that and have found my 34 macoms fit perfectly so I wouldn’t recommend going up a size x

@aparren did you not swell much at all then? My PC advised me to go up a back size and if I am buying one with cup measurements to go up 3-4cup sizes but I’m going to buy a Macom once I’m home from Mexico! I’m unsure whether to go up a back size or not xxxx

@chloesparkes I got told to go up a back size in normal sized sports bras but stay my own back ️size in macoms as they stretch xx

@zoe-2 and it fitted perfect did it? I’m so confused because everyone’s saying different. My PC said go up a back size but people who have had procedure are saying stay your back size?! X

@chole I was advised by the nurse to go up a size for the Macom, I am usually a 34 babe but instead got the two large. 36 back, yes I am still selling if you are interested. I have two one white and black. Xx

@chloesparkes I definitely did swell but the Macom is so versatile I didn’t need any other bras. I hated m&s ones and took them back and ordered another Macom. My nurse said they fit me perfectly and I went with my normal back size. I recommend getting your usual size xx

@aparren I think what I’ll do is measure my back size see what size I am – sometimes I wear both see. Whatever feels more comfortable I will order because if I am edging more to a 36 than 34 I don’t want it to be too tight! Xx
