is arnica safe??????

i was tryng to read up abt takin arnica and came across this website am worried now

i took it before and after my op, i had no bruising at all, in comparison to my friend who had black bruises right down her sides! I know everyone is different but i bruise like a peach, my nurse couldnt believe how little bruising i had, so i put it down to arnica! xx
