is it common to have surgery cancelled bcos of depression??

hi girls i am a bit worried as ive heard a lot about girls having their ops cancelled bcos of them suffering from depression in the past and I have suffered myself so wonder is it likely they gonna cancel my op? I’d be devastated as i have booked my time off work already and this is the only time i can have so that would mean not having my surgery at all. I’ve spoken to my pc about it and she said the medication i was on is very common and she has never heard about anyone not having their op bcos of that but I’m still really nervous as theres a girl here who had her op cancelled one day before…. help!! ( xxx
