Yes it’s normal. You” go through lots of physical changes and mood swings over the next few weeks. I have only just begun to start feeling better myself at 5 weeks post op. Not to say it will take this long for you, everyone is different. Just get some light exercise (walking etc), stretch your back and shoulders if you can, eat right, stay away from sugar, and get lots of fresh air and drinks lots of water, and don’t sit in the house all day xx
