Is it ok to wear an unwired Maternity bra?

I don’t see why not, as long as it is supporting you properly.

I bought non wired bras from Marks and the nurse cheacked them and said they were fine to wear

I felt very squidged in my Macom, just used to wear it if my scars were sore.
