Is it permanent???

I’m considering having liposuction on my thighs and was talking to my mum about it. She said that once I’d had it, over time my legs would go back to the shape they were before. Is this true? or is my mum just trying to put me off.

It takes out the fat so i’m sure it’s perminant unless you put the weight on again x
