Hi girls! had my pre op yesterday and it went very well. Im happy with the size im getting but im not sure whether to upgrade? Im having 410cc unders CUI but have been offered the choice off 415 Natrelle responsives. Im currently a 32a and want to reach a D so i think this is the right size but im not sure what implant would be better?

    My stats: 5’7, 20years old, 32a, size 8.

Please let me know what you think girls as my ops 2 weeks today ahhh :) xxx

The natrelle responsives have less chance of capsular contracture and when you have unders there is more chance of this happening than with overs so it may be worth it for that reason. They are also less likely to rupture. The difference of 15cc between the 2 will not be noticeable cos its hardly any different so its less a decision about size and more about the quality of the implant. I’m not saying the CUI’s are not a quality product but the Natrelle’s are the premium range.

That makes sense! Thanks for the reply hun :) I did think to upgrade for similar reason but i didnt release it reduced chances of capsular etc. So im guessing for the extra £308 its worth while…x

beckie90 your boobs look fab hun! its not that im not concerned about the way the look or feel but i know that responsive have a lifetime cover on rupture etc and i know it has less chance of capsular, also i think it has more fill inside than a CUI so less chance of rippling. I dont think theres much difference between soft touch and responsive beckstar but not 100% on that! xx

    Menu

Soft touch is firmer than responsive its the most filled implant. They are all filled with the exact same cohesive gel its just the outer shells that make the differnce and obviously soft touch been filled more, the responsives are the most squishy apparantly and the outter shell is differnt to cui and thts what reduces the risk of rippeling etc. But saying that I Got told by my surgeon id more than likely get rippeling with any of the implants as I’d pushed to bigger than He reccomended but I don’t have any as yet : ) Aww Thanks hun xx

I had CUI for the main reason that i know in the future i will want a reop as i havent had kids yet i didnt see the point in upgrading and paying more if in a few years ill have them taken out anyway, i dont think theres anything wrong with CUI an i think if ur gonna get CC then i think your just gonna get it anyway i dont think its down to the implant if this happens to you (in my opinion!) xx I love my boobies :D

ah its so confusing so many different options! lol. Thanks for all your replies girles, although im still confused it is helping. Thats true what your saying flicky1, i suppose i will have a re-op after children but ive got at least 8 years until that… what to do what to do! ive paid for this op all my self i saved last year and my nan offered to pay the extra £300/400 if i wanted to upgraded…..

    Menu

The cui are covered 10yrs and if u plan on a re op b4 tht time then paying extra is not neccesary, on another note implants are just same as natural boobs they don’t stay like this over time they sag and droop which then people choose to have a re op. They often advise 10yrs anyhow so that’s y I had cui also my surgeon prefers cui lol xx
