Is not happy

Im 4 weeks post op and i have an infection in my scars. Im starting to regret having my boobs done now, i feel like everything has just gone wrong, i did everything like i was told. Ive had enough.

I was rushed to mya yesterday as i had a temperature since sunday and couldnt even stand up, my right boob has swelled up to. Yes i saw the nurse and she said i had infection. She took swabs and got me antibotics and new dressing on.

Was back up there today and i saw a surgeon who told me it on top of the wound, so it hasnt gone any deeper. With antibotics and dressing will heal.

But i just had enough now, i just want everything to go right.

Mya have been great tho, they have been so caring and keep calling me, im seeing another nurse thursday to change my dressing and see mr singh.

My PC hannah is great. It just looks like its gona take abit longer for me to heal up now. x

Hi Tasha25, just wanted to add that we are always at the end of the phone if you need us. We have a 24 hour line that is answered by one of our nurses so you can call that any time. Do you have the number? If not i will PM it to you.

I know you must be frustrated but please give it time.

Hey hun, don’t panic even though that’s easier said than done. I had an infection in the wounds too and they’ve cleared up now, with some antibiotics, ointment and dressings. Have they given you polyfax ointment? My only advice to you would be to keep wearing the dressings for as long as it takes. I found that my bra line sat right on top of them and really aggravated them. Keep me posted. xx

Is your PC Hannah G from Holbon clinic? If so she is mine. Shes lovely isnt she. She was so great with ne. X

Hi laura kate, no they havent, but im going to upper wimpole street to see the nurse and mister singh today so i will ask. Thats what happen to me, i swear it was my bra. Im not taking them off this time.

You can get polyfax ointment from the doctor. That plus antibiotics really did the trick for me. Although I’m still using the ointment and dressings 3 weeks on, just because I want to make sure it’s completely gone before I let the wounds go uncovered. xx

Hey girls, just got back from mya upper wimpole street from seeing the nurse. We had to change the antibotics i was on as they werent clearing the infection up, but my temps now gone and pain. She said its starting to clear, so where going in the right direction, so im feeling happier. Gota go back monday. xxx
