I didn’t have the CUI, I had the natrelles – soft touch – they had a much lower rupture rate than the CUI’s, they were approved in USA, they had thicker shell coating, they had a lifetime guarantee plus money towards any reop if the implants did rupture (on top of free replacement of the implants), they have less chance of cc and rippling, and amongst all of this they worked out at less than £500 more which was a small % of the overall cost, for me it made sense as I have a physical job and wanted the implants that gave me the best chance of healing and staying power.

That’s not to take anything away from the CUI’s, which are approved in the UK and are the most popular implant by far, it was a decision I made after a lot of research. I am really happy with the way they have turned out

The CUI’s are v popular and I doubt you’ll find anyone who doesn’t like them, just be sure you choose the right implant for you, my thoughts were that if I was paying this much for the op a few more £’s wouldn’t hurt because it’s a long term investment. The CUI’s are great implants, but like I said, it all depends on your lifestyle, the size you want etc. Eg if you want to have a larger size but you are worried about rippling then Natrelles may be better, if the rippling isn’t an issue the CUI’s are as good a choice etc. Some girls have waited for offers that some companies offer, where they get late space discounts etc, and have then saved enough on the op to upgrade the implants for free. Make a list of your pro’s and con’s and then rank them in order of importance, I find the answer usually works itself out that way. Good luck!

Am sure for 2 cup sizes you’d only be looking in the 340-380 region, am sure that would be fine for you, your surgeon will not recommend anything that would not suit you or that would be too big, sounds like you’ve got your decision made, just need to find a surgeon now!

Bigger implant is gonna be a bigger increase in cup size than 2. Maybe you should have another consultation wwith him and take pics of what you want to achieve cos it sounds like you are still stuck with a lot of decisions to make hon x
