Is there a cooling off period so you can get your deposit back?

Basically I’m worrying I’m got going to have the full funds in time for when it needs to be payed.. Can’t do payment plan/finance etc. I booked my date yesterday and spent all night worrying feeling sick etc that I’m not going to have the money. I was wondering if they had a cooling off period where you can get your deposit back? Iv decided it’s best to save the money first so I know I have it then book in.? Could I get my deposit back seeing as I only booked it yesterday? X

Iv rang and she said that it’s not 100% that I get my money back as it has to go through the her manage and she has to to sign it off etc. Also have to pay some fees which is the likely cost of £100 odd? I booked it at 8pm last night and rang her this morning which I don’t thinks very fair at all.

when did you see your surgeon?x

Hi Hun did you pay £500 to reserve your date, as I had finance and paid £500 through the finance company and then reserved my date x x

I payed £500 deposit over the phone to them last night to secure date. Freaking out now Iv not had any contact. Iv searched there website and can’t find anything on deposits? X

You can DEFINITELY get your deposit back within 7 days of seeing your surgeon. Keep calling them x
