Is there a difference between allergan inspira and inspira responsives??

im going to get allergan inspira implants but heard a few ppl talking about responsives on here, are they the same thing or is it another type in the inspira range? Thanks xx

They are the same implant, just that there is responsive and soft touch, which ones have you been offered? It myt say tsx or something like that if this helps xx

To clear things up a bit..

Alergan is the Manufacturer

Natrelle is the breast implant range

INSPIRA is the round shape range

Soft Touch and Responsive are the two types of Silicone fill. Soft Touch is cohesive gel and is actually a bit confusingly names as it is firmer (more cohesive) than Responsive, which is less firm. There is a code on the first page of the catalogue that explains the gel firmness. More firmness is needed to keep the shape (e.g. if you want anatomical implants or are after a very rounded look and want it to stay that shape) but less firm options will feel softer.

I’m only 4 1/2 weeks post op but have accepted your request so you can take a peek. I had partial unders- 255 in the left and 295 in the right (asymmetry) so am around the 300cc range xx

They look fabby elle! How u feeling with partial unders? the other surgeon i seen suggested partial unders to me and i think it sounds gd! xX

Thanks! I feel pretty good about it-it means the top of the implant is not as pronounced but you still have the freedom of movement in the lower 2/3s as overs. I am only 4 1/2 weeks and I feel they move very naturally though the muscle still has a lot of relaxing to do. And I just saw your other post about moving unders-did you see my pics?! I can alread move/squash them SO easily and I’m only a few weeks post-op! Unders take months to fully settle so I can’t see how I would have any concerns about that when they’re settled properly! xx

Aww yeh fantastic! Thanks so much for sharing pics, exactly what i needed to see lol! They look so natural! THe surgeon at mya advised overs for me coz i have loose skin but i think id prefer unders, then a surgeon at a diff place told me about the partials so id like to speak to the mya surgeon about it see what he says! Its just so hard to know whats for the best! ur boobs look great tho must be chuffed! xx
