Is There Anything IMPORTANT…

… That I NEED to take to hospital with me?

My op is this Friday (August 12th) and I am just trying to get everything organised as we’re driving up tomorrow night ready for Friday morning… just wondering if there will be anything I definitely need in order to actually have the op… ID or proof of something or other?? Lol
