Is This Normal ???

Im 5 weeks post op today, and I’ve noticed the bottom of my boobs, from the nipple down is not peeling but its like when I wipe or touch there, dead skin is coming away and It’s still a bit shiny looking ? Do you thikn my skin is still stretching ? I know it sounds horrible but is it noraml ??? The rest of my boobs are fine and I moisture them all the time ?

It dosesnt bother me or hurt, It just like when you have a tan and you moistures your skin and the dead skin comes off ? If that make sense ???

I’m 4 weeks post op from ba and uplift and my skin is doing that, pretty sure it’s normal Xx

Its so hard to explain ! Im glad its not just me, I think its just the stretching and skin adjusting, if it has’nt stopped by my check up I will ask ! Thanks xx

me too!!! wierd!! yes, im 3 weeks and 4 days! im assuming its the rest ofthe skin i have left from having my torturous kazzazi tape removed! seen as it ripped off mst my natural tan off my boobs 😮

ps. mine is at the top. its just like dead skin?? but, hubby scrubbed my back last night for me coz with not being able to wash proper, i had dry flakey skin on back too… either that, or during surgery they performed and experiment on us to turn us into snakes lol

I had this too hun, it was flaking away. This lasted for a good 6 weeks and I think it stopped then. It’s because your skin has been stretched. I wasn’t at all concerned about it but ring your nurse if you want to be sure. xx

Ha Ha! I had this exact problem last night with shiny boobs. You can always rely on your other half for an honest opinion, can’t you? Was getting undressed and he informed me they looked like ‘snooker balls’ :roll:!!! Thanks for that, Darling… Cannot wait to have a damm good exfoliation!
