Is this normal

I’m almost 4 weeks post op my left one was the tightest but now it feels alot softer and a little bigger than the right especially at the bottom and around the side and I can feel the implant more on the left side when I move my arms together is this supposed to happen has my right one not dropped as much as the left yet? Worried there is something wrong with the left implant
