is this normal????

Hey, i am 1 week and 1 day post op. Saw the nurse yesterday and had my dressings off. Nurse said everythings ok but i am really worried about this one pain and wondered if anyone else had/has anything similar?
My left breast has no pain at all but in my right i have this one pain in the same place thats like a shooting pain if i take a deep breathe or make any sudden movements eg cough/sneeze. Just want some advice plz???

I had that but just the other way round, i had no pain in my right side but my left one had quite a lot of pain, but i am 3 weeks now and they feel near enough normal, just get the odd shooting pain if i other do things. Give it another week and you will be feeling completely different x x x

i was also getting shooting pains. all normal 🙂 xxx

hi the healing process is different for everyone, its like having two ops, so they heal completley different, im 6 weeks post op today, n there now feeling alot softer n i dont get pains, i must say my right breast underneath is quite tender,so im going to hold fire on the underwired bra till i see the nurse week on monday. dont worry girls, if you do things by the book they will heal fine..x

well if you do everything the surgeon n the nurse tells you, they will heal with no problem..x
