350cc UHP from 34A, 4 weeks and 2 days post OP. Freaking out! Im getting really worried there might be something wrong with my left boob. My left breast (right in the picture) seems way more “flat” at the bottom from the side and pointy still than the other. The first side photo shows how it kind of goes in before going out again at the end. Is this just my right boob having dropped quicker or is there something wrong? 😩 I’m 4 weeks and two days post OP

I think anyone would say way too early to tell if anything wrong as it is a process and you just have to be patient but could perhaps be double bubble or bottoming out? The real self forum is great for advice from actual surgeons so I’d try there if you’re desperate, sorry if that’s not much help and hope it works out

Is the implant below the incision line as think this could indicate bottoming out? Have a look on real self anyway and you can see others with similar worries and problems too

It is slightly below the incision line. That’s what I feared, the last thing I wanna do is have to have another surgery and go through recovery again. Thank you I appreciate the feedback x

It’s still the same, I spoke to the nurse and I just have to wait until my 6 week post OP as they change a lot and it might be a lot of swelling and tension that needs to be lost before seeing what they look like x
