Itching and tightness with the strapping!!

Has anyone else had lots of itchiness and tightness with the strapping and funny sensations underneath it’s driving my crazy I’m dreading trying to sleep tonight! I hope this al calms down as Iv had enough already all I want to do is sleep on my side!! Someone tell me these boobs will be worth it!! 4th day in tomorrow and very frustrated with it all!! xx

Ah yes I’ve had the same babe! My right breast seems to be aching more than the left but reading a lot of this and it’s normal. I slept on the sofa last night and had the best nights sleep. It’s quite firm and it’s new so think that’s made a difference. Are you finding the mornings hard? My husband is being a gem. He has to get the kids sorted and into school. So hard to watch as I cannot do anything. My sisters came up yesterday and polished and hoovered for me. I don’t know what I’d do without them. Are you feeling like it’s getting better? Xx

Morning Hun I had a lot better nights sleep last night I went to bed with some ice packs and I got my partner to give my back a good scratch lol it was so itchy I was getting very frustrated as I was also very uncomfortable. I feel better after a good sleep but I haven’t moved yet I don’t like sitting up lol. Are u getting some funny sensations under the strapping?? It’s hard as u can’t see anything can u. Glad your feeling better and your getting help I was worried about u xxxx

Ah bless you! I had my mum scratch my back the other day..she was there for ages as it kept moving haha!

I hate sitting up in the morning, the pain just rushes over me! I’m getting all sorts of sensations going on. Won’t know it’s all OK until Monday. That’s the hardest part not knowing what is and isn’t normal. I think the itching is a good sign as I’ve also associated that to the healing of the skin. When you fall over and it scabs up it itches. It’s so the meds and the tape. Be so good to get it all off. Can’t wait to see mine. Did you get your appointment? X

I hope mine is all ok they are still very sore tho are yours? My appointment is on Monday at 12.00 to have the strapping off I’m worried something will be wrong tho fingers crossed xxx

Ah good luck babe! It’ll be fine. I’ve got mine at 4.30. I was supposed to be back at work Monday so asked for a later appointment. Booked an extra day off. May see if I can get an earlier apt now x

Sorry girls I keep stalking your posts .!!! Hope you’re feeling better today I’m worried about mine as they seem to be bursting out the Macom one seems bigger than the other and warmer to touch 🙁 don’t know if I’m being paranoid ? Ah hi @hayley! It’s nice that we are all in a similar boat. I was worried yesterday as I felt a lump like thing on my right boob by the incision. I read up and it’s called a water pocket and usually goes away after a few days.

It’s hard to see difference in Size cos of the strapping. My right boob hurts more though but again I read that it’s normal as I’m right handed and use that side more. I had a coughing fit yesterday followed by a laughing fit….Thought they were going to pop out! Haha! Try to avoid watching comedies…I fear laughing and coughing now…lol

How are you finding the recovery?

Hi girls I had a sensation of them swelling and feeling bloated and getting bigger yesterday was very strange also noticed they was very hot to touch so I had Ice packs on them. Today I’m very sleepy so taking advantage of it and resting while I can. They still feel very sore it’s hard as we can’t see them can we!! Has everyone else got the Macom Bra on still? xxx
