Itchyness driving me bonkers!!!

Hi all

I know the itchyness is all part of healing but oh my god it is driving me absolutely mad, so bad that i have the urge to rip my bloody sports bra off!!

Is there anything that helped you guys?

I take my Big bra off and sit infront of the fan for 10 mins .. feels loooovely!! or tend to catch myself walking/sitting holding the cups away from my skin .. (not a good look but such a relief) x

Haha i do that i pull my sports bra away from my boobs and walk around blowing down my top, my kids give me some really odd looks but fcuk it, it helps.

I have never had my tits out so much since i had this BA and that isnt to show them off, its to try and relieve the itchyness pmsl

My god, that god it’s not just me! Have any of you got little spots under your boobs too, I think they might be heat spots??

I sometimes think in going to scratch my skin off it’s that bad.

My partner tells me to press on the itch instead of scratching but I can’t help but have a good scratch too!

I cant bloody see under my boobs to see if i have any little spots at the mo haha.

Have you had your stitches out? if so use calomine lotion, just dab a bit on the scars.

Ha ha, I never had stitches, I was glued together! I sound like frankenstiens monster don’t I??

I am 3 weeks post op and ready to rip my boobs off! I was told by the nurse not to put anything on them yet, ie bio oil. Don’t think I should put camomile on till I see my surgeon on 14th, just incase I get my hands slapped.

Too be honest i dont know what they closed me up with coz i can’t see.

Haha ready to rip your boobs off, my boobs are always out at the mo, just to get soe fresh air to them and abit of relief from this sports bra, i am even walking round the house in my sports bra when my parents come, they just laugh at me now.

34 years old and im still getting my boobs out in front of my parents! Not good but at the mo i dont give a shit lol.

Your brave, that’s all I can say – wouldn’t dream if getting mine out infront of my parents!
