It's all happening so fast – would appreciate advice and experiences!?

Hi everyone! I’m going travelling in May so they’re getting me in for my op fairly soon so I have time to heal but now I feel like I need some advice!

I’ve met my PC and have my meeting with the surgeon (Dr Linda Fiumara) next Thursday (14th) and having my pre-op on the same day!

I’ll be booking the surgery for early February which doesn’t give me much planning or decision time so ANY advice is welcome!

E.g. Anything you recommend that I do or buy before surgery (apart from the bra I know I need that!)? Anything I should prepare myself for in terms of pain or movement? How long did you wait to return to work?(I want to return to work asap as I need to continue saving for my travels)

I am in the same boat!! Im in Birmingham on the 14th @1830 to meet with surgeon then back the wed after for nurse then my op is on 02 Feb in London. (Only had the consultation a week ago!, said I’d like asap as I’ve a holiday in May too!) I’ve no idea what I need on day or straight after X

@casey there not a lot for you to do to be honest, going back to work depends on the job you do…i had a month off when i had mine done xx

I have a desk job and had 3 days off and then had the weekend too, as im off then and was driving again on day 6….everyone is different though

Hey.. I am the same, having my full consultation & pre-op 18th Jan & my op 2nd Feb.. haven’t thought of implant size etc think i’m going to go with surgeons advice..xx

Danni I’m glad they could fit us in quickly though as I’ve been nervous about healing in time for flying!

Jess and Amber I work in retail so ideally I just want a week off and then I’ll come back and work on the tills and get others to do the heavy lifting but I was unsure if I was being unrealistic with what I’ll be able to do!

Nervous to choose implant sizes tomorrow ?

I didn’t even take pics with me :/ oh no does most girls do this? He said I could only have unders and moderate high and the only thing I chose was the size as he have me then 300,325,350 or 375 option and I can’t believe I’ve gone fr the biggest! Really nervous lol I found it so hard choosing sizes!xx

My PC said to bring pics if I see a pair that id like to have then the surgeon would discuss if possible! I suspect I’ll have to have unders too! How exciting for you though just waiting now, do you think trying the different sizes on helped??X

Hi girls, me too. I’ve just been for my consultation, got my pre op with Dr Linda on the 28th next week, and booking ASAP, so hopefully Feb. I’m travelling in June. No idea on sizes or anything yet! Bit nuts. I wait longer for a dentist appointment than getting my boobs done. So excited tho.
Only thing I’ve bought is a sports bra. No idea where to start ? X
