Hi Girls
Some of you might be aware that I was worried I had CC in my right breast, I went back to see my surgeon Mr Kazzazi and he assured me all was fine… I knew it wasn’t. I called Mya after my appointment and stressed how worried I was, I could feel something wasn’t right. So they booked me in with Helena, who I saw last night. She was lovely! She knew straight away that I had CC, i burst into tears. I think I was relieved and also gutted!
Has anyone else had problems with Mr Kazzazi?
Helena said she now has to write to Mt K and inform him of her findings and suggestions and then I have to see him again and he has to agree to perform another operation to remove the implant and scar tissue and replace the implant. However, as only two weeks ago he didn’t think I had a CC I doubt he will now. So if that is the case I have to write to Mya.
So upset I’ve got to go through this all over again, another operation, another week of pain, no sleeping, not able to wear a proper bra for weeks!! Nightmare!! Has put my sister off having her operation! I didn’t realise that this is quite a common problem. Apparently I’m at stage 3.
If anyone has any advice please let me know. Has anyone else had problems with the surgeon?
Look forward to hearing from you!!
Maria x
One more question – will the recovery be as painful as the first time? x
I’m so sorry to hear this hun, try to keep your chin up. Unfortunately I can’t help with this but I’m also worried that I have CC in my left boob as it’s so tender at the top and has been getting worse over the last couple of weeks. I haven’t contacted Mya yet as dont have a spare few hours to sit in a waiting room to be told its fine by my Surgeon, I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it isn’t but I’m sort of expecting it to harden like CC soon and then I’ll have to go and get it checked properly.
Can I ask when you first noticed that you had an issue and what symptoms you have? I’m 3 mths today and apparently this is the most common time to get it
x
I cant help you at all hun but i just wanted to say how sorry i am for you
I hope it all works out but in the mean time, chin up and keep fighting xxx
It is really difficult when you think there is something wrong, it’s a long way to travel to have a 5 minute appointment and be told everything is fine. That’s what happened to me the first two times, but I knew there was something wrong! I’m so glad I have seen Helana!!
I think I started noticing around the 3 month time, I’m 6 months post op now.I noticed it was harder, senstive to touch and just wasn’t dropping at all. It actually seems higher up then ever!
Do you have any other symptoms? Who was your surgeon?
I hope you don’t have it too… can’t believe I’ve got to go through it all again
Wat size impants did you have? x
Thanks ticky88… will hopefully get the boobs of my dreams one day

Cc is one if the things putting me off implants. I’d hate to go through all that and end up with cc. Hope everything gets sorted xx
Cc is capsula contraction I think it’s wen tissue grows around the implant and becomes very painfull xxx

Aww can’t believe that I had Mr kazzazi and He seemed to really know his job, can’t believe He said u didn’t have cc xx
I feel really bad saying these things about him, because I was so happy with him before hand. But it really does seem that he can’t be bothered to help me now something has gone wrong. It is very obvious I have cc and Helena noticed straight away
xx

Ive was diagnosed with cc last July,I have been awaiting a date for reop,It has become more painful as the months roll by,I was promised it would be sorted within a couple of months Im 3 years post op in July,Mario Russo was my surgeon but he worked for another company at the time,he was liaising with them and agreed to do my surgery even though he no longer worked for the company, the company agreed to this and I was just awaiting a date,He contacted me a couple of weeks ago and said that he is no longer allowed top do the operation under that companies terms and conditions, yet I have emails off both parties confirming and agreeing this,so now Im left in Limbo, and they have not offered another surgeon, this was covered in my after-care agreement, but it now looks like Ill have to find the money and pay again,I really cant believe I have been left like this for months,I believe had I been MYA patient I am sure they would be pulling out all the stops to resolve this, hope you get sorted soon my love, its not just the pain,it also affects your confidence too,,I would’nt wish this on my worst enemy. We are all here to support you honey never feel alone. If you need to chat please pm me xxx
Ack Tina…….I dodnt know this??!!! That’s ridicolous!! you should go to a solicitor…x
sorry to hear that
did u have unders or overs?
so sorry to hear about your cc mjoynson, i think they should scan woman who think they have it but have heard that as a scan costs £100 a time it would cost too much if they did it to every woman who thought they had it, charming! (not MYA this was in relation to another co. re pips, but i presume its a similar scan for cc?s
tina that is so shocking, really puts me off having a boob job if they cant sort out the problems afterwards yet happily do 8 ops a day for new clients, sickening and i would defo seek advice from a solicitor.x
