I’ll be 4 weeks post op this Saturday and it’s killing me not being able to attend none of my gym classes or train for weightlifting or Taekwondo! I seriously can’t take it anymore and I think it’s probably the reason why I’ve been feeling so down about my boobs lately.
I’m fully back to work now and been able to skip with the kids and do little jogs with them pain free, so surely I should be ok if I take it easy in the gym especially with the weights or maybe just work on my lower body? Need to get me a very good sports bra now 
Sorry to rant, but I’m sure the ladies on here who used to be SO much more active pre-op can agree with me…
Anyone hear my cry?
