I've only gone and done it!

Girls, at 11.30 this morning I woke up (in the middle of a really good dream…but no complaints) to find myself in the recovery room, with a lovely nurse holding my hand and a toasty hot water bottle on my tummy! I HAVE BOOBIES! (300cc unders if anyone cares)

I honestly can’t believe it’s done, I’m still sat in my disposable surgery knickers so that I can see them in their bandages!. My mum keeps telling me to cover up when people come into the room…HAHA NO CHANCE!

Just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported me when I’ve been scared. I also can’t thank MYA, my coordinater (amanda), the hospital staff, anesthetic guy and nurses enough, they have been superb from my first consult right through until now.

Currently have no pain and feel so chuffed. Will probably feel crap for the next few days but today was so much less terrifying than expected! Any of you guys who are worried about your op…don’t be and feel free to message me if you want to ask anything or for reassurance.

I was (haha WAS…love it) a 34 A/B. Dr C offered me 260’s or 300’s at consult and I had decided on 300 with my nurse after because I’m quite broad and wanted to balance out my upper half.

Then when I saw Dr C this morning he said I should have 260’s so I was a dissapointed but agreed…he’s the surgen after all. Then just as I got into theatre he said that maybe 300’s were best. To be honest it was a bit stressful because half an hr before he had said 300’s would look fake.

Anywhoo, 300’s in, I think they look fab but I’m biased, obvious a bit tight but not huge by any means! How big are you thinking of going? x

Congrats! My turn on thurs…Eeeeeeeeeek. Think i’d freak if my surgeon changed his mind about sizes last min after having spent so long worrying about it!! They do know best though and i’d go with what they thought too. Glad your pleased & everything went well for you hun xxx

Trust me honey I almost walked out! At the end of the day though I can always cover them up, I’d be heartbroken if they were too small so I’m really glad we went for 300! How big are you going? are you excited?? xxx

Not big. I’m having 340 unders from a 34aa so hoping to look a full c… what size are you hoping for once they settle? Or what do you reckon you’ll end up? I know. i’d be gutted if they were small, even though im used to nothing! I’m soooooo excited, i cant keep still! xxx

Ooooh fabulous, I think we will end up a similar size! Im wearing a 36 C sports bra at the moment (with some safety pin restructuring!!) Ideally I’d like to settle at a C but think I might end up a small D once my skin has stretched slightly and muscles relaxed! Don’t mind though, Im just so so chuffed to finally have boobs! Haha keep being excited, its such a fab adventure!xxx
