Hey lovely ladies! im 5 weeks post op tomorrow and i was wondering if i’d be able to start going for little jogs again, if i keep my boobies really supported and just have a short slow jog would that be okay? thought i could ease back into exercise again starting off slow, what do you think? or should i wait one more week? xxx

I am an avid runner and am also wondering the same thing for after I’m post op.. Mr C did advise to leave it 3 months before starting up again.. That’s gonna be hard!! Lol xxx

Also like to know. I don’t jog but cross train everyday normally it’s killing me not going on. But this lifting my arm up with a glass of red is keeping the arms toned :) hehe x

I was told I could start jogging again at my 6 week check with my surgeon. Start off slowly, go for long walks and gradually get faster, I didn’t feel comfortable for months, but my left boob was slow to settle x

I started back at the gym at 5 weeks, just slowly at first to see what felt ok if anything hurt I stopped. I started running on the treadmill once I discovered that 2 sports bras are much better lol, I’m now 3 months po and can do everything I did before ba

Really can’t wait to get back to jogging also, never thought not being able to work out would be this difficult!!! Its killing me!! I’m 5 weeks PO also. Think I’m going to buy a good sports bra tomorrow and give jogging a go, turning into a real fatty lol!!! x
