I’m 19 days p o. Day 1 and 2 I slept restlessly wriggling around all night because I was unaware of the sitting up to sleep theory:(. I also hoovered like crazy and lifted a lot of stuff to tidy my kids bedrooms and carried lots of washing up and down flights of stairs as I was fed up of looking at undone chores. :( so if you’ve done damage at day 9. … I deffo have damaged mine. My nurse told me that the implants are very resilient even early on as they are stitched in and strapped up very securely. I’ve heard of people falling down the stairs and still being ok so hopefully you’ll be just fine. We are so paranoid about our stitches. A few days ago I was walking along the canal with my daughters and I thought if my little girls falls in I can’t rescue her because if my stitches! See what I’m saying? :) I’m sure you’ll b ok so try not to worry xxx

I passed out only 18 hours after my op and woke up flat on my boobs and I didn’t do any damage – except to my face!
