    Hi girls

Like many of you I’ve been pondering for a very long time whether to go for the bigger of the implants ordered for me (380 or 435cc, I’m a small 34c, 5ft6, 9st7, size12).

I had decided to go for the bigger but now I’m not sure. As I will most likely have to change the implants at some point as I get older and my skin starts to sag (sad but true) I was thinking that they’ll have to put bigger implants in to fill them out. So my theory is, best not to go too big to start with as I’ll end up 60 years old with massive boobies! Does this sound like a silly theory?!?! I really think I’ve given this too much thought! Can’t wait til 15th so I can stop thinking about it every second of the day!!!!

    Hi niki

I do agree with you. My surgeon told me that the weight of the implants drag the skin down, therefore the likely hood of an uplift will be needed at some point in the future, the larger the implant the greater the sag. The skin can only hold so much wieght before it starts sagging. All you need to do is think of people who are extremely overweight, once they have lost the weight they end up have excess saggy skin

I kinda agree but I was told I would probably need an uplift in 20 years or so regardless of size of implant. And thikin about it, I probably would need one anyway by then! Even if I didn’t have implants!
