Just applied for First Medical Loan, requested joint applicant?

I just applied for a FML have a consultation on Thursday night but didnt want to go without knowing if my funds were in place getting excited for nothing.

They have said I need a joint application so my partner is calling them now, anyone had this?

I am so so nervous!

I had that hun, and still got declined, with good credit ratings and my partner on 26grand a year!

But we had to send bank statements and payslips and everything – its not a quick process with them.. But I hope you have better luck that I did!

My partner got declined I have no one else, so going to cancel my consultation pointless as I dont have money now

yeppp my mum was going to do it for me but they wernt happy so asked for someone to join my boyfriend said he would but then they refused again i thought i was going to die lol but like 5 hours later they rang up said they spoke about it and said they wer happy with the money coming out of my boyfriends account not my mums thankgod hes supporting me and agreed to it! i hope it all goes good for you xx

Got declined, they said my partner wasnt strong enough credit limit We both earn way in excess of the amounts required, nevermind

Aw I’m sorry hun, I know the feeling! I got declined for a few, and lost hope, but luckily my mum had lent me the majority of the money…

Try Tesco bank… they have good intrest rates and you can apply online xxx

I never get accepted for any loans, so I should have known I am proper gutted, sat here at work wanting to sob LOL xx

Oh no hun don’t give up. I have a terrible credit rating, really bad, but I was lucky. My boyfriend paid for half and I saved up the rest myself. Had to borrow £1,000 from FML as a joint applicant and I couldn’t believe it when it was accepted! Do you not have anyone who can lend you the money? Or you could join the MYA piggy bank scheme? xx

No dont have any family who could lend me money I cant get flm loan as dont know any home owners who would guarantee

I dont want to do piggy bank scheme as will be years before I can get that money together, things change I guess and I want it now LOL – I am gutted but I will get over it I guess xx
