just bak from seeing surgeon help plz

Hi i went for my consulation today and found out i have tubular breasts and ps suggested having a uplift as 1 nipple is 2cm lower than the other however
i said i didnt want this and asked pc would i still have good results my pc said if it was that bad he would not let me decline he would just say no to a ba
i tried lots of diff sizes 380/410 surgeon has suggested 380 but am still swaying to the 410cc lol really confused can any1 help me with the following

high profile
overs
