Just been kicked in my 3 day old boobs!

My 1 year old daughter was desperate to get up on the sofa with me and have a roll around and have a cuddle. And what kind of mother would I be to deny her that?! Big mistake!! Throughout the course of Shrek 3 I have been head butted, kicked and pushed in my boobs and incisions. Now I’m in huge amounts of pain! Do you think I should worry? I just felt so terrible because she just wanted to play and cuddle and I was missing playing with her so much. I have pins and needles in my boobs too, like when my milk used to come in when I was breastfeeding.

I’m feeling really selfish!

Take your painkillers and rest up, it’s not the end of the world but you do need to let your body heal, I am still feeling v bruised after 3 weeks and I’ve barely done anything. Don’t feel selfish, kids are very resilient. If it’s excessive pain ring the nurse, that’s what they’re there for hon x x
