Just been measured! 30FF

Went to debenhams to get myself measured for a new sports bra as my 34dd wasn’t feeling very supportive. I’m currently a 30FF at 2.5 weeks post op! Happy doesn’t cut it. I’m over the moon. X

Also got told off by my fitter (who is also my friends mum) for wear a 34 back. She said I have a tiny ribcage and atm want to look for a 30FF or a 28G. Oops x

Look amazing what size did you have cc? What size were you originally and how long post op are you? I need to go get measured this weekend for a high impact sports bra I know what you mean about feeling less supportive xx

I wore a 32A bra but I had gaps in the cups like I could fit my hand down there. I lost all my volume through breastfeeding and was flat and deflated.

Also I was having niggles in my back and I put it down to extra weight I’m not used to and still had soreness in my boobs but since having this new bra on I’ve have no pain at all. So it seems bejng fitted for a sports bra is very important too xxx

Ive had chronic back ache! Definitely think it is down to poor support. Can’t wait to sort a new bra out. I have a small ribcage as well, measure a 28! But always had to round upwards to get bras otherwise been impossible to find xx

I had 325cc high profile partials was a 32a with space pre op xxx
