Just had 1week post op check, back tomorrow to see surgeon!

Just had my 1 week post op check all is good other than my wounds havnt heeled as yet so still can’t have a shower . I know there probs nothing to worry about and there just playing safe but i have to see surgeon tomorrow about my right breast as looks as tho I have a little fluid build up, fingers crossed if that’s the case my body just absorbs it but if not then anyone have any idea what will happen? xx

Hi hun sorry I haven’t a clue what they’ll do but what makes it seem as though you have a fluid build up? Like what’s different about it? Look/feel? xx

It’s hard to explain really, it just looks like its not dropped yet, but it’s feels strange, sorry I’m rubbish at explaining things. Xxx

My left one is the same differnt size to the right hasn’t dropped and feels horrible, tried to call nurse today still no call back, I’m almost 3wk po. If it is fluid tht don’t absorb they usually drain it hun xx

Fingers crossed for you chic. Hope it does absorb on its own but if it’s not going to would rather them sort it sooner rather than later as go away in 9 weeks do want to be all heeled. Let us know how u get on with your nurse hun xxx
