Just over a month PO – can i wear non wired bra's?

I will be 6 weeks PO on the 7th June…should i wait till then to find out? x

Well I’ve just found out that I can wear bras at 3 weeks PO (Dr Ben Chew) so I’d say as long as its not uncomfortable, go for it! x

My macom has served me well however i will feel naked wearing normal bras x

Haha wahooooo! I cant wait to be able to wear a vest again and not having to worry about trying to cover the macom.

I have been wearing bandeaus I got from new look. They are 2 for £5 at the mo and soft, don’t touch incisions. I was told I could go braless or wear sports bra in the day so if I’m wearing anything strapless I just wear my bandeau under it as they keep nipples under control and are really comfy x
