just want to share with you….

Ive not had a shower now for 19 days!!! im only allowed shallow baths due to me having a nipple lift. its really hard washing in bath when you cant get your breasts wet, this warm weather is seriously not helping arrrgghh i need a shower!!

I had my first shower yest lol after 10 days but still stinky as couldn’t bend or wash my pits lol can ave a bath in 3 days xxx

i was in it for 19 days with a BA, no lifts, so i feel your pain hun, its awful isnt it. not long to go though xx

Kat, I had a nipple lift too and the nurse told me at my 2 week appointment that I was ok to get them wet in the shower. However I didnt feel comfortable getting them wet yet. So I’m now currently 22 days post op and still taking shallow baths! It’s weird how we had the same op yet have both been given different aftercare xx

i was meant to have my 3rd appointment with nurse today but shes been called away so i have to rearrange. i was hoping today was the day i got the ok for the shower but looks like ill have to wait now

Gina, my left nipple is healing slower than right so nurse wanted me to keep them dry a bit longer – its getting hard now especially when im sat in a hot office through the day, baths in warm weather just dont have the same cooling effect do they xx
