just wondering at consultation with surgeon…

do you get to see some pics or try implants for sizes???? thank you xx

my pc showed me pics of mya patients before and afters, and the surgeon let me try implants in a sports bra to give me an idea of what size i wanted xx

twinklex… I think all the clinics should have patient pics,as not every one has access to a computer,I also noticed when looking at the MYA home page their were no patient pictures,I realise that some members would not want their pictures displayed even if they are just body shots,but some would be very proud to show off their surgeons work,and so they should be, I have seen some amazing results on this forum,MYA Should put together a portfolio of each surgeons work,showing patient pictures and stats and their progression through the journey,not only would this be good for the surgeons a chance for people to see their talent and skill,but a claim to fame for the members that love their breast,and would be very proud to be in a surgeons portfolio,no one would know who you were,but you would,and I think this would be invaluable information for people considering surgery. Just an idea MYA.xxx

I’m sick to death if I’m honest of seeing the “celebs” on there all the time!(I’m not a fan of The Only Way Is Essex)

I don’t think having constant pics of just the celebs and models that have had work done by MYA gives the best perception of the great work they do.

They need to show the real, normal, every day ladies/gents on there!

Before and after pics, brief story of our journey. Personally I’d much rather see that on the front of the website! All put into their different surgeons catorgories.

I was asked to sign a form agreeing to my pics being used when I had my after shots taken a few weeks ago, so I assume there must be something in place? Would be good to have something that can show you pics of what the before sizes were, dress size, weight etc and the implant sizes, that way we can see what suits different girls. I for one am not anywhere near the size of the models who advertise MYA, so didn’t have a clue what sizes would work on me

I agree with you princess,we are all individual and vary in shape and size,it would be good to see pictures to reflect that,although I do have to say the models are fab on the website,I think people would gain more of an idea of the look they could achieve from patient pictures.xx
