Kazzazi girls did you wear macom over tape for first wk or not till after?? x

Hi girls i know that the nurse said no dont wear the macom but i think it will feel so comfy on did anyone else wear it before the tape came off or id it best to wait till it is taken off?? havent put mine on yet as wanted to ask first? will probably just wait if thats what most others did? i just feel my nipples quite sensitive with my clothes rubbing against them thanks so much girls xxxx

hi, i was advised against wearing the sports bra whilst the tape was on so i didnt. but yep i also fely like my clothes were rubbing on my nips haha. i am not sure why they say no to the sports bra whilst the tape is on, as asked her she just said ‘there’s no need really’

so i dont think it would do any harm if u did put ur bra on. mabee ring the pc and check if you are alright to put it on

I didn’t wear anything until that horrible mummy like tape came off…just wore loose tops x..4wks on and my nips feel like they’ve wrestled with sand paper and lost lol x

You shouldnt need to wear a sports bra and the tape..the tape should be tight enough to keep you in place. I wore a normal sports bra after my tape came off…I couldnt get on with the macom x

Mr k wrapped my tape so tight there would be seriously no need to wear the bra to xx

Hey, I was taped by Mr K and was also advised not to wear the bra. What I found helped with nipple rub was those those nursing pad(?) things that women with wear to stop milk leaking out onto your clothes. They stick to your clothes and are lovely and soft, wore them for tape week and they were a god-send! x
