keep worrying about uplifts!!

Hi there im a 34c saggy at mo..ive measured from the bottom part of the neck which i am told is what you do?? is this correct the snotch of neck??

i lost a coup stone after having 2nd child have put a lil bk on now so not as bad but basically my boobs could do with a filling up!!

i was b4 a large 34d..

wen i measure i go at nearly 22cm. my nipple is still pointing out..
