kids after boob job?

Hi guys have had my op on friday and all went well have been in no pain whatsoever

and its been great!

although I did listen to the Dr when he said no kids before 12 months?

BUT…….. just wondering has any had any before this time and what were the problems if any?

I am in the same boat as you; no kids yet but plan them on the horizon.

I was told by my surgeon at the consultation that they recommend 12 months as it takes this length of time to fully recover from the BA surgery.

However, my PC advised me of a lady that had the BA and fell pregnant 2 weeks afterwards… there isnt any implications; just purely a concern because your body can only cope and deal with so much at any one time

hi girls i had my ba on the 9th aug this year and am 16 weeks pregant,i must of been pregant when i had my op and i never knew found out week after ba had scan last week and found out i was 15 weeks so i must of been 3 weeks pregant (I WAS ON THE PILL)am not sure my self what will happen with my new boobies just have to wait and see .i know this is no hlep to you girls at the min but i will let you know next year (april).xx

I am thinking kiddies in 2012 or 2013 maybe….

I didnt know whether to wait to have the BA until after I have had the kids, but when I spoke to my fella about it, we decided this:

Either wait and have them done after we have had the kids (maybe 2 or 3) – so we are looking at maybe 10 years time….

or, have them done now, have the kids and (if needed) get them done in about 10-15 years time with uplift if needed

cherry – me and my partner r going to start trying for babbies hopefully mid 2012 – i thought the same about waiting 5 yrs or so til after kids but i think by then my priorities will change and i will never get round to it. im 24 now so may aswell enjoy them whilst im still young, going out etc xx

Yeah I am of the same opinion. I am 27 and know I want kiddies soon… but thought about waiting 10 years and decided HELL NO!!!! LOL

I kick myself for not deciding to do this sooner… but at least I cn enjoy them for a couple of years.

Plus there is no guarentee that I will need additional surgery after having kids because everyones body is soooo different, it might not affect me!!!

if i need them done again like u say it wil be after kids roughly 10 yrs time. some ppl say they need done again in 15yrs anyway. i think sometimes u should do what u feel is right now and try not to look to far in to the future as u dont know what could happen. just do lots of pectoral excercises when u get pregnant haha

I agree, you shouldnt look too far into the future.. live for today and enjoy yourself! Get some nice big new boobies for Christmas and make yourself happy!

hi i had my 1st ba 12yrs ago. i was expecting 2 weeks later. i had no problems at all.

ive just had my 2nd ba 2 weeks ago and all is well.

i guess it isnt ideal to have a baby so quickly as boobs need time to settle down.

no one lives in an ideal world tho do they lol

Ive been off he pill since june and havent fallen pregnant yet had my ba on friday as I really did not want to wait it could take forever.

I was only thinking coz I really dont want to have to go back on the pill again

coz it seems to be taking such a long time to get out of my system :0(
