Knowing what size sports bra to get…

So this is going to sound stupid but how do I know what size sports bra to get?

I’m either getting 375 or 400cc (not decided yet), do I go and get measured before the op so I know what the width will be???? I’ve never been measured before so I don’t know what happens and also I find bra sizes incredibly confusing!!!! Lol please someone help!

Did the surgeon give u any idea what size u would end up? X

Nope, I am seeing him again next week so I will ask him then. It’s just so confusing lol I thougt I would automatically know all this since I’m a girl lol

I was told it’s roughly 1 cup size per 150cc , does that help? X

I think the bit that confuses me is the number before it lol like I think I’ll go up to a D but I don’t know how you get the number before it like I’m a 34a do I stick with 34??? Lol

U may swell a bit , I’d get a few of different sizes a 34d, 34c , 36c 36 d and keep the labels on and take back the ones u don’t want. I’m in 38 f at the moment!
M and s front zip up ones r good , I tried shock absorber but didn’t get on with it but lots of girls on here swear by them x

Thank you! I have been stressing about this non-stop since I found out Dr Traynor doesn’t use strapping lol. I don’t want to get it wrong. Yeah I had a look in M and S and found one I liked a little while back so hopefully I can buy a couple after my pre-op assessment next week 🙂 x

What about 375cc? I’m more leaning towards that now as I don’t want to over do it x

Well I am going 250CC and am currently a small A cup and that will get me to a D at the most.
