I’d check on the arnica hun, i bought some but didnt use it as when I asked Mr Kazzazi he was horrified and said good heavens dont use it, the nurse said it thins the blood to bring the bruising out faster. xx

I was also told not to take anything before as well…. I took baby wipes as found them useful, if you are having to put your hair back you will need hairbands with no metal, any toiletries, slippers… Good luck xxx

hi girls, i’ve had non cosmetic surgery before and used arnica and even with my boobs i used it before and after my op and i’ve had next to no pain, and no bruising either apart from a little on my hand where the needle went in. i think some surgeons just don’t understand homepathetic medicine as it’s not mainstream, my friends a homeopath so i know a lot about it, we lived together for three years, and arnica is a natural remedy, it doesnt thin the blood i don’t know where they got that from! i got the arnica 30 c from boots, it doesnt matter what brand it is they are all the same. hope that helps xx
