Ladies with unders advice please ?

I’m getting a dull ache in my left breast , had it about a week. I thought it was start of CC but I’m thinking now it could be the muscle relaxing back over the implant .. Anyone with unders experienced this ? Had a dull ache / straining feeling? It’s not intense or painful but currently there all the time . Xx
