laser hair removeal

has anybody had laser hair removeal ? i am getting confused looking for place as some seem dogey and i no it only works if you go to the right place right machine etc. do you have any recomendations ladies ? i have been getting bad ingrown hairs that have gotton worse other the years and are no giving me scars xxxx

yeh i have had laser hair removal with quite good results. I work as a beauty therapist and we hire a machine that comes in every month. Intense Pulse Light (IPL) works mainly on darker hair. So blondies and greys it will not remove as it works with the pigment in the hair. Although newer machines are aorking on this. I have had my underarms done, so far so good, nothing there no shadow, started on the bikini. My advice is to go a salon where you know people have went and got good reults. This can work out very expensive so you want to choose carefully. There is no method of hair removal that is 100%.
