Laser Lipo??? Anybody had it????

Just seen a deal on groupon for 6 sessions of laser lipo… for £55 quid instead of £1200 ….would like it on my thighs…. would probably like to lose at least a stone before 1st appointment…. anybody had it…. if you maintain healthy diet and exercise are results likely to stay …. thought I might treat myself for mothers day xxx
