I had 3 areas so should have been almost 4k but I paid just over 3k.

Yes it was quite uncomfortable at times to be honest – not the laser but inserting the saline & sucking the fat back out! xx

Mini – with traditional lipo you have a general & they can treat bigger areas but can be left with loose skin – the laser helps tighten skin! Because you don’t have a general there’s no overnight stay in hospital either. It’s also meant to be less invasive, minimal bruising & swelling but as you can see I bruised quite bad & to be honest girls it’s still pretty brutal, I was shocked! But all worth it xx

I think they can only do 2-3 areas at a time with the laser lipo, not really sure why? I paid just over 3k but got a good discount xx

wow you must be well chuffed!!!! That looks great, my laser lipo was a right joke!!! it did NOTHING!! it was just terrible!! complete waste of money for me unfortunatly ( but yours looks ace!!!!! I know what you mean by saying uncomfortable though eeeek its terrible isnt it hun but defo worth it if you get results like yours!! really chuffed for u hun xxx

Hey Jenn, how come yours wasn’t successful? Did you tell MYA, what did they say? What area/s did you have? Although mine is a lot better than it was I’m still not 100% happy so going to see what they say at my 6 wk check up xxx

Oh don’t get me wrong, I am happy as I’m much smaller & flatter than I was but I still have a roll of fat on upper abs like under boobs which I thought would go & although my lower belly is flatter it’s still a bit fatty & wobbly & without my garment on I still have a bit of a muffin top…but I’m only 4 wks post op so it might still be early days or maybe I’m being unrealistic or maybe I just need to tone the muscles up now – I will let you know what they say after my 6 wk check up xxx

Mya were ok with me when i said i wasnt happy but the consultant just kept saying oh give it time give it time, sadly thimngs never did change apart from at about 6 months post op apsolutely all the fat came back i was gutted :o(. I kept to a healthy diet post op and worked out after the 4 week period but oh well i guess some procedures work for some people and just not others!!, I had my love handles and outer thighs!! xxx

Aww Jenn that’s really bad especially after paying all that money! I don’t understand as I thought the fat cells were permanently removed?? How long ago did you have it done? I would deffo be getting them to do it again if I were you!!? xxx

I was under the impression the fat cells were removed as well! This worries me asI will be paying £3,500 for 3 areas on my thighs!

The area that you got done, was that always a problem for you? Like whatever you did it just wouldn’t shift?

What did it feel like during the procedure and how long did it last for?

How long are you not allowed to exercise for?

Hi Taya, I had my upper & lower abs & flanks (love handles). I’ve always hated my stomach but to be honest have never exercised but even when I dieted & lost weight it would still be a jelly belly muffin top. I think the procedure took about an hour & a half, it’s quite uncomfortable so consider asking for a sedative. I think the no exercise period is either 2 or 4 wks? I am going to start exercising now though to tone it up. Although I am a lot smaller & flatter than I was I’m still really wobbly & still get a muffin top so don’t expect a miracle but I am only coming up to 5 wks so this may improve in time, I am going to ask at my 6 wk check up but to me it still feels like fat so I may see if they will re do it as I didn’t pay all that money for a small difference! xxx

Hiya jade83, i had my procedure 4 days before christmas!!!!!! biggest mistake of my life haha, as im sure you will know the going back to work 2 days later well lets just say happened to be 2 weeks later haha and christmas was a time spent of downing pills just to beable to walk!!!!!! hideous!! anyway dont regret having it done or i would have always been thinking what it would have been like etc. Im sure it works wonders on most people as your pictures show amazing results!!!! just sadly never worked for me :o( oh well xxx
