last minute boobie shopping!

Right, I have the M&S Post Op Bra, loads of sports bras and V Pillow. Now today I’m going out to get everything else! What medication should I buy and can anyone recommend a post op outfit as I was thinking a button-up dress? Any suggestions would be amazing on this post so I can check them up while shopping! Thanks so much for all your support so far girls, 3 sleeps to go!!!!!

Hiya had my op yesterday and came home in a boob tube that covered the strapping and I put my legs through it and pulled it up , however in now wearing a vest as it doesn’t hurt me to lift my arms as everyone’s says it does then, I’ve been fine xx

I would deffo recommend one of them funny pillows you would normally buy for car journeys they are very squidgy and have like little bean in them for bed time, i kept getting neck ache. Straws! Ibuprofen, paracetamol. Ice packs and heat packs. Try and get a button up nighty or long button top so you can wear it with leggings or shorts as I found I sweated alot!! Xx

Dry shampoo, ready meals, 1 pints of milk instead of 2+ as you’ll not be able to lift them, have everything ready to hand I moved my microwave set out pjs sets for each day toothbrush etc, you don’t want to struggle and pull yourself, Defo ice packs I sent friends out to buy some with no luck, a neighbour had some though! X
