Hi huni take vitamin c and zinc to help with healing and immune system, I started befor op and the boobie bible has some great tips iv also just started on omega 3 as this is good for skin collagen and elastin because my boobs are so dry from stretching so hopefully I won’t get stretch marks x

Dressing gown- however Preston give u there’s which are ok!!

Sweets/crisps (I took pringles) just to much on after op!

v pillow for when home to sleep

DO NOT TAKE ARNICA-works same as adoring thins blood hence lighter bruising as no clotting- hence longer healing scars!

Thanks Fairy, i was wondering about arnica because my mum was told to take it years ago when she had hers and when i asked the nurse he wasnt too sure. Did you use the arnica cream at all? only 8 days left to go xx

I took arnica last time as recommended by transform this time it hasnt been mentioned to me atall x

I wouldn’t touch any arnica, to be honest hun u wont need it with mr traynor! I hadno bruising at all!

I had slight bit around where my cuts were but nothing more, also didn’t have much swelling!
