it wont take you long to get back into it hun, i hurt my back before and couldnt train for 3mths but within 2 weeks of going back i was back to normal, although i usually do a double class on a thursday circuits followed by kettle bell, i done it on my 4th day back training thought i was going to die then was walking like id shit myself for a few days after lol, wont be doing that again, might also give the bike a go, or just be lazy and strap my slendertone shorts on lol xx
