Lauren pcc at MYA?

Hi girls, I’ve heared a few bad things about my pcc at mya not returning calls, never ringing etc and that the patients always have to chase after her instead of the other way round?! I think she’s based in the liverpool, preston and manchester clinics? Would like to know if anyone has had her because I would like a pcc that I can trust xx

Hey I’ve seen her twice now and she’s really lovely she answers all your questions and gives you her number so you can text or fone her wenever you want and she does get back to you xx

The woman who told me has said she was on about a different lauren! So all my worrying is over haha yeah she is a very lovely girl, very welcoming considering I had just been caught in the rain before the consultation so I looked like a mad woman! Hahaha xx
