You should sleep at an agle propped up on pillows ( v pillow) for a few weeks at least. You will know wen u r ready to sleep in ur side (wen the pain stops, lol) i didnt evenmive in my sleep for few weeks but as i healed and got more comfortable, i would wake up on my side naturally. Now i sleep all ways, but always sleep in my sports bra just to keep my boobies in place xx
