Laying flatter???? Whennn???? Ahhhh

Like nearly everyone else. I am struggling to sleep up this much any longer. When did anyone else start to sleep flat??? Ie had unders. Feel like my boobs are gonna slip to side though if I lay flat!!?? Any help please girls!??? Also I’ve been told not to wear my Macom by me kazzazi. Anyone know why this is?? Xxx

I led nearly flat from day 2 it was making me feel sick sitting so upright lol! Hasn’t done any damage xx

I’m 3wks PO 2moz, Ive been laying flat for around 10days, and been laying on my front to sleep for the last 3/4 days xx

So u think I’ll be ok now 7days post op to lay flat??? Thanks girls. I’m seeing nurse today at 12 to get dressings changed but wanted to see what u girls have done obv as if it’s done no damage I’m good to do it . It giving me shoulder pain a I cant relax my head What we do to look good ay xxx

It was giving me a headache and made me feel sick was horrible lol. I’m only 6 days post op so you should be fine check with the nurse though if your worried x

iv started layng FLATTER, i cnt deal with the whole sleeping sitting up, its killing me, and my poor back lol! iv jst got one cushion and my pillow at nyt..altho i keep going to turn onmy side then remember lol! altho its a gd excuse for a massage from the fiance haha! xx

I’m 3 day post op and the sitting up is killing me, plus I always seem to slide down in the night! I just sleep with 3 pillows and one each side and one on my back on the sofa, that’s where I’ve found a comfortable place haha. I don’t know about the macom bra though with me kazazzi? Speak to the nurse about that x

Hi all. Seen nurse I can lay flatter now like 2 pillows and NO Macom kazzazi insists as apparently no positive benefits :0 all good things though and my scars look fab 7 days po been in London allllll day so finally on way home will sleep gd tonight xxxx

Hun I had 460 unders with Mr K and found I couldnt lie flat untl about 3/4 weeks. It was just too painful and uncomfortable, especially when I sat up in the mornings! It felt like they were gonna explode as the blood rushed through them. It was about 6 weeks til I could lie on my side. It’s damn uncomfortable but worth every min, hang in there x
